A little bit about ME. I invested in my first DSLR in 2014 and was self-taught until I completed an HND Photography and am now in the process of a qualification LRPS with the RPS (Royal Photographic Society). I am presently working towards publishing my first book, this is a project on Trees. My Art and Photography have led me to this more creative journey. In my youth days I painted landscape scenes and brought this into my photography more than 10 years ago. My earlier photography tended towards Portraits and other genres although with a move to the Highlands my interest in landscape and nature escalated and find myself drawn to Intimate Landscapes and Nature with a more creative technique. I consider all my work as Art and not just photographs. Most of my work is based on projects around nature. I find solace amongst nature, and it is healthy for the mind and soul.
